For Parents: Your Photos & Privacy
We know that when photos include your children, you want to be sure they are safe. Here is exactly how we handle every photo you upload.
We do not store your photos
When you add photos to create a story, we use them only to create your personalized story and cartoon illustrations. The original photo files are never saved on our servers or in any database. They are used only during the story-creation process and then deleted.
How it works
Our AI looks at each photo and creates a text description of what’s in it—for example, the appearance of a person or a pet—so we can draw consistent characters in your story. Only that text description is used when we generate the illustrations. The description is stored with your story so the character looks the same on every page; the original image is not.
After we finish creating your story, any temporary files from your uploads are removed. We do not keep copies of your photos anywhere.
What we do store
We store only: the generated story text, the cartoon-style illustrations we create, and the PDF of your story. That way you can read and re-download your story whenever you like. No photo uploads are retained.
Safety and use
- We use your photos solely to create your story. We do not use them for anything else.
- Our content is designed to be family-friendly and appropriate for bedtime stories.
